How to Change the Subject Line of Your Form Submissions
Follow these steps to modify the subject line for your form submissions:

- Navigate to the forms dashboard by going to:
/_sf/admin/forms/. - Locate the form you wish to edit (e.g., the "Contact Us" form).

- Click on the form to open the editor.

- In the form editor, find the field labelled "Extra data to include in subject line".
- This field allows you to specify additional text that will appear in the email subject line for submissions.
