How to Check and Amend the Email Address for Form Submissions

If you need to check or update the email address that form submissions are sent to, follow these simple steps:

  1. Open the Form

    • Navigate to the form you want to update.

  2. Click "Edit Form"

    • In the top right corner of the screen, click the Edit Form button to open the form editor.

  3. Click "Configure Email"

    • In the form editor, again in the top right corner, click Configure Email.

  4. View or Amend the Email Address

    • In the settings that appear, locate the "Always send to" field.

    • Here you can:

      • View the current email address that receives the form submissions.

      • Amend the address if needed by editing the text field.

  5. Save Your Changes

    • If you make any changes, ensure you save them before exiting to apply the updates.
