How to contribute or suggest new knowledge base content

At SourceFlow, we aim to provide comprehensive content in our knowledge base, but we know there might be topics we haven't covered yet. If you have suggestions for new topics:

  1. Contact Us:

    • Reach out to your Customer Success Representative or a member of our Support team.
    • You can also use our WhatsApp group, LinkedIn group, or any other medium you're comfortable with.

  2. Content Creation:

    • We'll add your suggestion to our internal list and create content accordingly.

  3. Updates:

    • Once the content is published, it will be available in our knowledge base.
    • Use the search functionality or consult Aura, the SourceFlow AI CS Agent, for quick answers.
