How to Use the Mass Import Tool for Blogs and Other Content
Want to import a lot of content into the SourceFlow platform at once? This is easily possible by following the steps below

Check Content Category:
- Ensure the content category exists in SourceFlow. For blogs, confirm there's a Blogs category.

Prepare Your CSV:
- Ensure that the columns in your CSV match the fields in the platform, such as Title, Username, and Content.

Start the Import:
- Click into the category, select Import in the top right.
- Choose Upload CSV and navigate to your prepared file.

Map the Columns:
- Align the columns from your CSV with the fields in SourceFlow.
- Use the Assign dropdown to match each field correctly.

Import the Data:
- Click Import. You can choose to overwrite existing fields if necessary.

- Export the category first to get the correct CSV format. Then copy-paste your data to ensure smooth import.
